Panasonic had little news to report at IFA, but the Japanese manufacturer did show the possibilities in the future. For example, Panasonic had brought a very thin OLED television that can be placed flexibly. The 55-inch model weighs only 10 kilograms and comes with a separate box on which all connections can be found. This box communicates wirelessly with the television, to which only a thin cable for the power runs. A thin wire is attached to the back of the device with which the screen can be hung against the wall like a painting. The image signal is sent to the screen via WiFi in a maximum of 4k resolution, but there are also two HDMI ports and two USB ports on the screen itself.Whether and when this slim OLED television will be released is not yet known.
