“The Boys” season 3 with Jensen Ackles as Soldier Boy.
The last season “Supernatural” starts in October 2020 and the demon hunter Jensen Ackles has already landed a new job. At the same time as the streaming provider Amazon, he announced that he would be in the next season of “The Boys”.
The Soldier Boy appears twice in the comics, once in the past of the Second World War, once in the present. It’s a little bit analogous to Marvel’s Captain America. Kripke described him as “Homelander before Homelander” and compared him to John Wayne.
It is also very nice that Kripke wants to face the challenge of filming “Herogasm”. Anyone who has read the comics will certainly appreciate this. In what form the implementation will take place is still unknown, but so far the series has not disappointed.

Showrunner Eric Kripke has released two film posters for Dawn of the Seven, the film that will be produced within the series. Funnily enough, the film has an age rating PG 13.

The new one, Soldier Boy, is actually the leader of the Payback group. This group acts in the books in the present, as it were as the little sister of the Seven, but is supposed to be transported into the past by Kripke’s team. In this way, the series aims to sound out the past of the United States and explain how the tense situation in the country’s present came about.
