According to Sky, season 2 will start a year after the events of season 1. After the collapse of the Wallace Dumani empire, there was a lack of order. Therefore, investors are hiring a new gang to ensure stability.

But the opposite is the case. The new gang wants to subdue all other gangs in cold blood. If the gangs are to survive, they have to decide who their loyalty rests with.

In the second season, the character of the undercover policeman Elliot will probably play an even bigger role. Above all, his relationship with Shannon (Philippa Bennett-Warner), Ed Dumani’s (Lucian Msamati) daughter, as well as his personal transformation towards a potentially corrupt villain should come into focus.

In addition, according to co-director Xavier Gens, the argument between Lale (Narges Rashidi) and Asif (Asif Raza Mir) should escalate even more. In an interview with the online magazine Den of Geek, Gens indicated that Lale in particular will cross borders and that viewers should prepare for violent and brutal scenes in the second season as well.
