The story of “Better Call Saul” will come to an end with Season 6. This scheduled conclusion will link the plot with “Breaking Bad” and also reveal how the life of Jimmy / Saul / Gene went on after the experiences with Walter White.

Due to the production of the last season by US broadcaster AMC, the series, which is published in this country on Netflix, even overtakes the mother series. While “Breaking Bad” consists of 62 episodes, “Better Call Saul” has a total of 63 episodes.

Better Caul Saul Season 6: Release Date

The shooting of “Better Call Saul” Season 6 was postponed several times because the corona pandemic made production temporarily impossible. It then started in March 2022, the start of the 6th season was postponed to 2022 due to the delays at this point in time.

At the end of July 2022, leading actor Bob Odenkirk collapsed on the set. A heart attack was to blame, from which Odenkirk has to recover first. This means that production is idle for an indefinite period of time. So far, almost half of the 6th season has been shot, around November all episodes would have been in the can.

Sender AMC was actually aiming for a release in spring 2022. Now the start of the new episodes could be postponed to summer 2022 or season 6 will be split, as once happened with season 5 of “Breaking Bad”.

Better Call Saul Season 6: Trailer

The first trailer for “Better Call Saul” Season 6 is not expected until 2022. A short teaser is theoretically possible earlier, but before a start date has been determined, AMC will probably not advertise the new season. As soon as the first moving images are available, you will of course find them here.

Better Call Saul Season 6: Plot

It can be assumed that “Better Call Saul” ends around the time Walt and Jesse use Saul Goodman’s services for the first time in Season 2 of Breaking Bad. Season 6 should therefore show how Jimmy accepts his alter ego Saul permanently and builds his own law firm. We also see Gus Fring building his empire.

The last season will also follow how Kim (Rhea Seehorn) continues to turn to the dark side after quitting her job at Schweikart & Cokely in season 5 and now working as a pro bono lawyer. Season 6 also shows what happens to the drug dealer Nacho. “Better Call Saul” producer Peter Gould said in an interview with TheWrap that the Wrap is in a lot of trouble.
