“iCarly” reboot gets a second season!
The first season of the “iCarly” reboot is currently running in America on “Paramount +”. To date, it is not known when and where we can watch the series in Germany. Half of the reboot has already been released and there is already exciting news for iCarly fans: There will be a second season! Production of the new episodes is even scheduled to start this fall in Los Angeles. Season 1 of “iCarly” has been one of the most-streamed series on “Paramount +” since its release on June 17th, and this success must of course be rewarded! The first season has a total of 13 episodes, so it is very likely that season 2 will also have a similar number of episodes.
“iCarly”: That has happened so far
The “iCarly” reboot takes place on Nickelodeon exactly 10 years after the end of the original show. Now grown up, Carly (Miranda Cosgrove) and her friends aim to bring the show back to life as they battle their way through dating, family, and love. The very first trailer showed how much the series has changed. A new life, new challenges, and also new friends. The “iCarly” reboot also revealed what happened to Sam. Actress Jennette McCurdy is not part of the sequel. Still, fans seem to be really happy with the remake of the popular Nickelodeon series.
