At the end of “Loki”, we learn that Loki has landed in an alternative timeline because neither Mobius nor Hunter B-15 recognizes Loki. When Loki looks around the alternative TVA, he realizes that Kang the Conqueror is the new head of the TVA and no longer the timekeeper.

Tom Hiddleston will return as Loki Laufeyson, that much is for sure. How it is with Sophia Di Martino as Sylvie is still unclear. Owen Wilson and Wunmi Mosaku can be seen as Mobius and Hunter B-15 in the final scene of the first season, so it’s almost certain that the two will return as well.
