After 20 years it is time for a “Harry Potter” reunion. Now, however, a leading actor has indicated that he will not be there.

As a “Harry Potter” fan you are used to a lot of drama. Just recently, an actress spoke about what was going on on set! But we just can’t cope with this kind of drama: 20 years ago “Harry Potter and the Philosopher’s Stone” hit theaters and marked the beginning of a huge franchise that is still incredibly successful to this day! Of course – despite or perhaps because of the corona pandemic and the many things that we are currently having to do without – it is now only appropriate that there is a reunion of the stars! One actor already said that he would be very sure about it. But now Daniel Radcliffe aka Harry Potter spoke up personally. And his statement broke the hearts of many fans (we included).

Daniel Radcliffe is too busy right now.

In an interview with ET, the actor spoke about the possibility of a reunion for the 20th anniversary of “Harry Potter”. Unfortunately, Radcliffe had very bad news for all those hoping for a reunion of all actors: He’s just too busy this year and most likely doesn’t have time to see you again! “I’m on a shoot in the Dominican Republic and after that I’m very busy, working on a lot of small things until the end of the year, “he announced in an interview. “So I don’t know. I’m pretty sure there will be some kind of celebration, but I don’t know if we’ll all get together for it. I’m sorry if this disappoints anyone a little. “Wow, that’s the understatement of 2022! A little bit”? We are devastated! It would be dramatic enough if even one actor was missing – but Harry Potter ?! What kind of reunion would that be?

It’s not just Radcliffe who is busy.

But we don’t want to put all the blame on Radcliffe – even his colleagues, Emma Watson and Rupert Grint don’t sit on the couch all day waiting for a call! Grint is currently playing a leading role in the Apple TV + series “Servant” and should also have his hands full with his daughter right now. Watson’s last film role was in “Little Women” in 2019, but she too knows how to deal and is very active politically. Hey, we get it: you actors are all busy. But come on, for a “Harry Potter” reunion there will be a slot somewhere that is still free?! We will keep you up to date!
