In season 2 there was some friction between Moritz, Dan, and Lenny, which led to business partners and friends going their separate ways. But since Moritz was handcuffed by police officers in the final during his interview after the question of whether he would have decided on friendship or “business”, he seems to have sacrificed himself for his friends.
Season 3 could explore how Moritz’s arrest came about. That would be the end of the story, however, for a fourth season, Moritz would have to stay at large in season 3.
